Boxing

The first half of this class is devoted to aerobic and anaerobic boxing drills and technique practice to improve footwork,head movement,hand placement and combination punching.Our system emphasizes the integration of offensive and defensive skills coupled with the fundamentals of boxing (balance,hand and feet coordination,biomechanics) and which are often neglected in boxing training.The student is guided through supervised sparring sessions by Masson in order to facilitate fast progression.
