Video: Michael Bispings son suffers knockout in amateur MMA fight
Callum Bisping, the eldest son of UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping, tasted defeat in MMA competition for the first time this past Saturday.
After starting his amateur career with consecutive wins, Bisping experienced the first blemish on his resume at SUNDOWN 2 when he was knocked out by John McCain at the 1:06 mark of Round 2 in a 235-pound catchweight bout at Mission Road Studio in Los Angeles.
Cageside footage of the knockout has surfaced online in the days after the event. It shows Bisping taking a huge right hand from McCain that sent him crashing to the canvas (via X):

Bisping, 25, made his amateur MMA debut in December with a decision win. He then scored a 69-second knockout win in his sophomore bout in April before being stopped in the recent fight with McCain.
His father, Michael, has been open about how he largely stays away from his son's career as to not bring unneeded spotlight. In fact, Michael was working as a cageside commentator for the UFC Fight Night 290 broadcast in Las Vegas on the same night Callum competed.
