The UFC returns to the world-famous “City of Lights” for its now-annual visit this week, and a highly touted French star makes his promotional debut.
Here's how to watch UFC Paris, where a new lightweight contender could emerge.
Broadcast and streaming info
UFC Paris has a main card that streams at 3 p.m. ET on Paramount+. The prelims stream on Paramount+ at noon ET, as well as UFC Fight Pass.
Stay tuned to MMA Junkie for additional broadcast details later this week.
Main event: Dan Hooker
- Record: 24-14 MMA, 14-10 UFC
- Opponent: Salahdine Parnasse (23-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC)
- Division: Lightweight
- Key wins: Mateusz Gamrot, Jalin Turner, Claudio Puelles, Nasrat Haqparast, Paul Felder, Gilbert Burns, Jim Miller, Marc Diakiese
- Misc.: Australia’s Hooker had a three-fight winning streak a couple years ago, but that’s well in the rearview mirror now after back-to-back stoppage losses to Arman Tsarukyan and Benoit Saint Denis took him out of reasonable title contention. A win over the highly touted and heavily favored Parnasse on enemy soil might change that, though.
Main event: Salahdine Parnasse

- Record: 23-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC
- Opponent: Dan Hooker (24-14 MMA, 14-10 UFC)
- Division: Lightweight
- Key wins: Kenny Cross, Marcin Held
- Misc.: A longtime champion in KSW, France’s Parnasse got some exposure on this side of the MMA world when he fought on MVP’s inaugural MMA card in May and took out Kenny Cross in the first round. After a free agency courting period, he signed with the UFC and largely is expected to make a quick push into the contenders picture at 155.
Co-main event: Axel Sola
- Record: 12-1-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC
- Opponent: Fares Ziam (18-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC)
- Division: Lightweight
- Key wins: Ismael Bonfim, Rhys McKee
- Misc.: France’s Sola made his UFC debut in Paris a year ago and took out McKee with a third-round TKO. After a Fight of the Night outing in March against Mason Jones, he needed to rebound from the decision loss and did so just a month ago with a first-round submission of Bonfim. Now he makes a quick turnaround for a second UFC fight at home.
Co-main event: Fares Ziam

- Record: 18-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC
- Opponent: Axel Sola (12-1-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC)
- Division: Lightweight
- Key wins: Zaim Sadykov, Mike Davis, Matt Frevola, Claudio Puelles
- Misc.: France’s Ziam had a six-fight winning streak snapped in June with a decision loss to Tom Nolan. He missed his chance to fight in front of his home fans in 2025 at UFC Paris due to a death in the family, but the year prior, he picked up a bonus for a beautiful knee to the head against Frevola, and he won in Paris in 2022, as well.
